NHS Alliance Action Summit
Challenge: Launch a new look conference to underpin a repositioned leadership body representing professionals and organisations in primary care. NHS Alliance has a long history of positive disruption and it was important we maintained its agenda-setting reputation while also highlighting its ability to provide practical support.
Solution: We shifted the concept from ‘annual conference’ to ‘Action Summit’, launching it at the Royal Institute of British Architects’ beautiful central London building to reflect the changing structures within the NHS. The programme reflected the principles explored in its thought leading paper Think Big, Act Now: Creating a Community of Care focusing on their practical application.
Outcome: The Summit attracted key people from across the health sector giving them the opportunity to learn, network, influence, and share experiences with colleagues and peers. 95% of delegates confirmed they would attend again, and NHS Alliance membership saw a 20% uplift in the month following the Summit.
“I wasn’t sure if NHS Alliance was still relevant. Now I know it is.” Baroness Cumberledge
